Senior Full Stack Web Engineer

Strativ Group are excited to be engaged on a search for a Senior Full Stack Web Engineer to join a rapidly scaling AI software company. The company are building the next generation of data and analytics tools for the marketing and media industry. Their platform helps teams automate complex workflows and turn raw data into actionable insights — all through intuitive, beautifully designed web applications.


The Opportunity

As a Senior Full Stack Web Engineer, you’ll take ownership of large-scale projects that shape how thousands of professionals interact with AI-driven data. You’ll lead frontend initiatives, design high-performance architectures, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver elegant, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

Lead design and development of complex full stack applications using Vue (or React), TypeScript, and Node.js
Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations that power AI-driven analytics
Implement advanced state management, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices
Collaborate with design and product teams to ship polished, user-centric features
Mentor junior engineers and champion frontend engineering standards
Work across the stack to ensure seamless API integration and scalability


What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience building large-scale web applications
Expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue / React) and TypeScript
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component systems, and responsive design
Proven experience integrating APIs and working across backend systems (Node.js preferred)
Curiosity and product-thinking mindset — someone who cares about user experience as much as code quality


Nice to Have:

Experience with data visualization libraries (D3, Chart.js, Three.js), Figma, testing frameworks, or early-stage startup environments.
$160–240k base + equity 💰
Fully remote (US only) Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). 🌎
