This role involves taking ownership of the customer-facing side, ensuring that our complex AI and backend logic translates into sleek, usable features. What You’ll Do Lead the development of Next.js / React applications (TypeScript) that power DIAMO’s user interfaces, including dashboards, booking flows, campaign tools, and admin consoles. Design and build end-to-end features, covering UI, API integrations, state management, error handling, and performance optimizations. Establish, build, and enforce testing practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to maintain high reliability. Architect a component library / design system to ensure consistency and accelerate feature delivery. Optimize UI performance, accessibility, SEO, progressive loading, and client-side streaming where applicable. Collaborate closely with backend, AI/ML, and product teams to align frontend needs with data and API contracts. Mentor frontend engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion engineering best practices. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in full stack or frontend-heavy roles with significant ownership over shipped products. Expertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling and build systems. Backend experience with Node.js / Express / GraphQL / REST APIs to manage edge cases and integrations. Strong testing experience (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar). Experience working with modular or monorepo architectures. A keen eye for design, performance, and usability.
