In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex technical challenges—diagnosing issues across the stack, optimizing database performance, managing cache strategies, and elevating overall application reliability and speed. We’re looking for someone who can set the technical bar for the organization, collaborate closely with Product, and confidently take over feature ownership. Key Responsibilities Identify, investigate, and resolve software issues across the front end (Kendo UI, JavaScript) and database layer (stored procedures, query optimization). Conduct root‑cause analysis and write advanced SQL queries to troubleshoot data inconsistencies, performance bottlenecks, and application slowdowns. Optimize stored procedures and cache mechanisms to improve execution speed and system efficiency. Monitor, debug, and maintain applications running in Azure Cloud to ensure reliability and scalability. Develop and implement performance‑tuning strategies, including indexing and partitioning optimization. Manage cache‑clearing strategies to prevent stale data and improve responsiveness. Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and QA to maintain a stable, high‑performing system. Conduct thorough code reviews and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and prevent future issues.
