We are seeking a Senior C# Engineer who thrives in an agile environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable systems. Role Overview As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in architecting, developing, and maintaining mission-critical systems that power Suture Health’s platform. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and QA specialists to design and implement robust, event-driven solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with end-to-end ownership—from design to deployment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework. Implement and manage Entity Framework Migrations and database schema evolution. Architect and implement event-driven workflows; experience with AWS Kinesis and RabbitMQ is a plus. Develop and maintain single-page applications (SPAs) using React, JavaScript, and Next.js/Node.js. Design and optimize SQL Server relational databases; write efficient, maintainable SQL queries. Work with document-based and other non-traditional databases as required. Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and AWS ECS. Ensure code quality and reliability through unit testing and code reviews. Collaborate in an Agile/Kanban environment, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Qualifications 9+ years of professional software development experience in web, Windows, and service-based applications. Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and related Microsoft technologies. Strong background in Entity Framework, EF Migrations, and SQL Server design. Demonstrated experience designing event-driven architectures and integrating with message queues (Kinesis, RabbitMQ). Deep experience with JavaScript, React, and modern front-end frameworks. Strong working knowledge of AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, etc.). Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows. Proficient with unit testing frameworks and continuous integration best practices. Experience working in Agile/Kanban environments. Excellent communication skills with proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Preferred Experience with Next.js or Node.js backend development. Familiarity with healthcare systems, data standards, or regulatory environments (e.g., HIPAA). Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
