Our team is small, hands-on, and product-driven—focused on shipping real customer value quickly while maintaining high engineering standards. The role As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll own features end-to-end—from product discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration in production. This role is ideal for someone who learns fast, communicates clearly, and thrives in a low-ego environment where the best ideas win. What you’ll do Design, build, and maintain features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure Partner with engineers and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, innovative product Help co-own and evolve the technical roadmap, improving system reliability, performance, and scalability Build services and workflows in a microservices and event-driven architecture Operate what you build: observability, on-call participation, incident response, and continuous improvement Communicate cross-functionally to ensure we’re consistently delivering measurable customer value What success looks like (first 3–6 months) Ship multiple meaningful customer-facing features end-to-end Improve a core workflow for speed, reliability, or developer experience Contribute to architecture decisions that enable the team to move faster without sacrificing quality Establish (or raise) the bar on testing, observability, and production readiness Required qualifications 4+ years of professional software engineering experience Experience deploying production services on AWS or GCP (AWS preferred) Proficiency in one or more: Python, Go, Java, or Rust Willingness, and ability, to work in Python on the back end Experience building and operating microservices Experience with event-driven systems (queues, streaming, pub/sub, async workflows) Ability to adapt quickly, iterate, and ship with urgency Strong product sense, ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity in a startup setting Nice to have Prior experience in a startup / early-stage environment Frontend development experience (modern web UI) Typescript experience Experience building agentic / autonomous systems (LLM-based or otherwise) DevOps / infrastructure experience (CI/CD, IaC, container orchestration) Cybersecurity domain knowledge (threat hunting, detection, SOC workflows) Tech environment (representative) Cloud: AWS (preferred) or GCP Backend: Python / Go / Java / Rust Architecture: microservices, event-driven workflows Frontend: modern JS/TS stack (Final stack depends on team decisions and the problems we’re solving.)
