This is an opportunity to be an early full-time Senior Full Stack Engineer and join an AI tech company that has the potential to become one of the top Enterprise AI tech platforms over the next decade.

You will get to work closely on a day to day basis directly with the CTO, VP of Engineering and AI Engineering team, play a major role in creating one of the greatest data first platforms in the world and grow rapidly along with the company.

*What will you do? *

Work on Loxo's most challenging backend engineering projects
Work closely with our Data and Artificial Intelligence teams and product suite
Build new full-stack features and improve existing capabilities and work on solving complex technical challenges across the data suite
Work with massive data sets
Work on a day to day basis directly with the CTO, VP of Engineering and AI Engineering team
Quickly troubleshoot and address critical bugs as they arise
Support app infrastructure to maintain reliability and scalability
Distributed Systems and high performance
Tackle a variety of technical problems and consistently contribute to all parts of the code base**

*What skill do you need to have? *

5+ years of professional experience preferred, but we are open to talking with anyone whose interests and experience align with our vision
Expertise in Javascript and React are a must have
Backend languages Ruby, Python or JS
Candidates who take ownership and have the experience and passion to solve complex problems and get the job done right the first time vs someone smart with little experience isn't going to be the right fit
Previous experience solving massive web scalability challenges a major plus
Experienced working with big data and a strong computer science foundation
Computer Science degree or equivalent
