About the job
An AI Health Tech start-up is seeking to hire several remote US or Canada based Senior & Staff Full-stack Engineers to join their team.


Required Experience

7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React and/or Vue
Proven expertise with ASP.NET Core / C# on the backend
Strong track record owning production systems end-to-end.
Experience with Azure Cloud and SQL Server
Hands-on experience with automated testing (unit, integration, or end-to-end).
Demonstrated leadership in Agile, cross-functional teams and technical initiatives.


What You’ll Do

Lead development and ownership of production-grade systems.
Build and enhance full-stack applications using ASP.NET Core / C# and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React and/or Vue
Architect and maintain scalable solutions in Azure (or equivalent cloud).
Design and optimize SQL Server databases and data-driven systems.
Drive adoption of automated testing frameworks and best practices.
Collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
Mentor and influence technical direction within cross-functional teams.


Industry

Background in health tech, Series A-D start-ups and/or enterprise tech such as Microsoft & Amazon required
