Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our React Native mobile apps and web platforms. Back-End Development: Architect and optimize robust APIs and databases with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or similar technologies. Performance & Security: Ensure top-notch performance, scalability, and security across all platforms. AI & Automation: Enhance platform capabilities by integrating AI-driven functionalities and automating workflows. Code Quality: Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices. Virtual Engagement: Actively participate in our camera-on virtual office to foster team synergy and innovative collaboration. Required Qualifications 5+ years of full-stack development experience, specializing in React Native, React.js, and Node.js. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (Material-UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap). Experienced in back-end development with technologies like PostgreSQL, Firebase, or MongoDB. Strong ability to design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Proven track record with mobile app deployment (iOS and Android), including navigating app store submission processes. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab), and scrum management via Jira. Self-driven with outstanding time management and remote work capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-powered applications, automation tools, or chatbot development. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
