Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Experience Required: 10–15 Years

Work Mode: Remote

Tax Terms: W2/C2C



Rates:

$56/hr on W2 (inclusive of all taxes) – Preferred

$60/hr on C2C



Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, modern frameworks, and cloud-based architectures. This role requires deep technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack applications using modern technologies
Build scalable and secure backend services using Java and Microservices architecture
Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular or React
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions
Ensure application performance, security, and scalability across environments
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term fixes
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making


Required Skills & Qualifications

10–15 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Solid frontend experience with Angular or React
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills


Nice to Have

Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems
Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
Environment: Red Hat
Additional Exposure: Salesforce (integration-related experience preferred)
Knowledge of Apache Camel or integration frameworks
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
