Location: Virginia/ Remote 



Role Description

The Senior Python Full Stack Developer (React & Python) - W2 role is a contract opportunity based on-site in VA. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Python for back-end functionality and React for front-end interfaces. You will work on full-stack software development projects, write efficient code, implement user-focused features, and ensure optimal performance of the applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems for scalability will also be integral parts of your day-to-day responsibilities.




Job Summary:

· We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js, Python, and TypeScript to design, build, and support scalable web applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both frontend and backend components in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and TypeScript
· Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features
· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
· Ensure applications meet security, quality, and performance standards


Required Qualifications:

· 8+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
· 8+ years of professional experience with Python
· 3+ years of experience with TypeScript
· Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks and component-based architecture
· Experience working with RESTful APIs and web services


Nice to Have

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
· Knowledge of testing frameworks and automated testing
