Frontend Developer (Minimum 5 Years Experience)



We are looking for a senior Frontend Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining complex, high-performance products.




Requirements


Minimum 5 years of professional frontend development experience
Strong expertise in performance optimization (loading time, rendering, code splitting, memory usage)
Proven experience working with animations and motion (smooth UI transitions, micro-interactions, state-driven animations)
Experience building and scaling complex products (dashboards, platforms, multi-step flows, real-time features)
Strong understanding of frontend architecture and component-based systems
Ability to work with design systems and translate designs into high-quality UI
Experience debugging and improving large codebases
Attention to detail and product-oriented mindset




Nice to Have


Experience with modern frameworks (React / Next.js)
Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design best practices
Experience collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams
