Leveraging our tech stack (Next.js/React frontend, GCP backend with Vertex AI/Gemini, GKE orchestration, RAG pipelines, MongoDB, HIPAA-compliant security), you will deliver all possible frontend capabilities—from dashboards to PWAs—scaling to US enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities Architect scalable Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG)/React.js (Hooks, Redux, TanStack Query) applications with Tailwind/Shadcn/UI; translate Figma/product designer mocks into pixel-perfect, accessible realities across all devices. Implement full-spectrum features: real-time data (WebSockets), auth (JWT/Clerk), animations (Framer Motion), charts (Recharts/Nivo), PWAs, i18n, dark mode, and HIPAA-secure forms for hospital workflows. Lead 7-10 engineer team: mentor juniors, conduct code reviews, design system governance (Storybook), agile sprints in Jira/ClickUp, and CI/CD deploys (Vercel) for 99.9% uptime and Lighthouse 95+ scores. Collaborate with product/UX on prototypes, A/B tests (Optimizely), performance audits, and cross-functional delivery of agentic AI interfaces tied to GCP backend.
