About This Role:

Are you a problem-solving, code-slinging, front-end powerhouse? As a Senior Front -End Developer, you’ll be at the heart of building and scaling our AI-driven platform, shaping the future of digital experiences. You’ll work with our engineering team -- deploy sleek, user-friendly front-end interfaces (React.js), to integrate well with our robust back-end services (Node.js), and integrating with cutting-edge AI/ML models (Python).

You’ll collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to turn big ideas into reality while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence. Responsibilties

Design and Develop User Interfaces:
*Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to design and develop high-quality, user-friendly interfaces.

Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across multiple devices and platforms.
Ensure consistent branding and design standards across all front-end components.
Optimize User Experience:

Continuously improve the user experience by optimizing application performance and usability.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from end-users to refine the interface.
Ensure that the front-end code is clean, maintainable, and scalable. Stay Updated with Latest Technologies: *• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. • Experiment with new tools and frameworks to enhance our product offerings. • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current with industry advancements.
DevOps Integration (Bonus):

• Contribute to the DevOps pipeline by implementing continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Ensure that front-end code integrates smoothly with back-end systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using DevOps tools and practices.
AI/Machine Learning Integration (Bonus):

Work with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI/ML features into our applications.
Develop and maintain front-end components that interact with machine learning models.
Participate in the development of AI-driven user experiences and analytics.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between different teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Identify and resolve front-end issues reported by users and other team members.
Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and performance of front-end applications.
Document issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Performance Optimization:

Optimize front-end code for faster load times and improved user experience.
Implement best practices for SEO and accessibility.
Conduct performance testing and ensure that the front-end code meets performance benchmarks.
We are actively securing growth funding while preparing for our public launch in late Spring of 2026 , when user-driven revenue begins. At that time, this role will transition into a full-time salaried position within the stated annual range. Until then, compensation will be deferred.
