Job Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Developer to join our team and lead the

development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications on Amazon Web Services

(AWS). This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Java-based enterprise

systems, cloud-native architecture, and API engineering. Exposure to Python for automation and

data processing is a strong plus.

 

Develop scalable, adaptable, and robust software solutions in collaboration with product
teams, ensuring faster and more efficient delivery.
Collaborate with Development and Business Analysis teams to understand system design
and functionality, perform design studies, and assess system changes.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives, ensuring progress tracking
and timely course correction.
Ensure compliance with code quality, application security, accessibility, and Section 508
standards.
Develop and enforce coding templates, best practices, and unit testing with minimal
supervision.
Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve the development
process.
Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new developers on company
development tools and processes.
Effectively communicate technical impact, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to
leadership and team leads.
Assist in Proof of Concepts (POC) and new technology initiatives to evaluate feasibility and
impact.
Design and develop cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3,
Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, SQS, and SNS.
Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs with a focus on performance, security, and
scalability.
Integrate and manage real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and AWS IAM.
Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
