Job Description: What you’ll do:

Design, develop, and optimize backend systems that solve complex problems with simple, scalable solutions.

Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

Debug and troubleshoot production issues to maintain system reliability.

Contribute to the development of APIs and services, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Collaborate closely with teammates through code reviews and technical discussions.

Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the evolution of our platform.

Improve observability, monitoring, and system performance.

Take ownership of features, modules, or systems, driving technical improvements and reducing technical debt.

Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

2-5 years experience in backend or full-stack software development, with a track record of delivering high-quality software.

Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Go, C#, Java, Kotlin, Rust).

Knowledge of software design patterns and API development (REST, gRPC).

Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and distributed systems.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to write and review technical documentation.

Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical concepts with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have, but not required:

Experience with Golang.

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Knowledge of AdTech or experience in a similar doma
