Job Description: 
Responsibilities:

Build a dynamic and feature-rich SSG solution with integrated game content and headless CMS capabilities.
Develop production-ready GraphQL back-end for front-end as well as Headless CMS.
Take ownership of the full development process: from interpreting business requirements through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing performance tuning, including CI/CD like unit-testing, code review, and feature toggling.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify optimal solutions and contribute to technical decisions across the platform.
Contribute to the architecture and delivery of a robust, scalable platform supporting SSG, game integration, and back-end operations.
Use React, Next.js, and Apollo to implement a flexible portal and headless CMS that supports rich content and user engagement.
Design and maintain resilient, scalable APIs tailored for front-end needs and CMS functionality.
Drive continuous performance improvements and codebase refactoring to ensure long-term maintainability.
Manage work end-to-end, from requirements to production, including performance analysis and incident resolution.
Work alongside a distributed team to share knowledge, challenge ideas, and raise the technical bar.


Requirements:

At least 3 years experience with React.
Familiarity with Strapi, Immutable.js, Lodash, Storybook, Webdriver.io, and Rush.js or similar monorepo tools.
Knowledge of Next.js and the Material UI ecosystem, including atomic design, would be a plus.
Experience in applying multi-branding concepts for cross-platform products.
Hands-on experience with GraphQL (Apollo Federation) and microservice architecture.
Understanding of Trunk-Based Development and CI/CD process implementation.
Exposure to Jamstack architecture.
Experience with Nginx, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, HELM, and CDN solutions like Cloudflare.
Skills in SEO, code performance optimization, and performance analysis.
Working knowledge of Webpack and pnpm.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of technical decisions.
Ability to share knowledge and mentor peers.
Languages proficiency: at least Intermediate level of English, Upper-intermediate level of Ukrainian.
