Job Description: Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in web and application development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django, or Flask).
Strong understanding of database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the recruitment or HR tech industry.
Knowledge of AI/ML applications in recruitment technology.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with security best practices in software developme
