Job Description: The Skillset
3+ years of PostgreSQL experience (querying and schema architecture)

3+ years of database architecture experience.

8+ years of Rails development experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience that includes:

Framework-level development — knowledge of Rails internals.

Techniques for scaling Rails apps.

Rails apps with components that demand especially high performance or reliability.

Rails apps that are not their database's only client.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
