Job Description: About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with deep expertise in C# development and Boomi integration to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will bring at least a decade of professional software development experience, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions. This contracted role requires a blend of technical excellence, problem-solving, and leadership to architect, build, and optimize mission-critical systems. This is a 1099 independent contractor position; compensation will be reported on Form 1099, not on a W-2.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#/.NET Core and .NET Framework, and SQL.
Lead the design and implementation of Boomi integrations.
Architect scalable and secure backend services, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and integration workflows.
Support cloud-based initiatives with Azure, leveraging serverless technologies where applicable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable, and automated deployments.
Ensure system performance, scalability, and security across applications and integrations.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience with a strong emphasis on C# and .NET (Core/Framework).
Hands-on experience with Boomi integration platform, designing and deploying integration processes.
Proven expertise with SQL databases and strong SQL optimization skills.
Strong understanding of Azure including serverless, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and monitoring tools.
Experience designing secure, high-availability enterprise applications.
Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with public sector court services.
Familiarity with generative AI, machine learning, or advanced automation frameworks.
Relevant technical certifications in C#, .NET, Azure, SQL or Boomi.
Prior experience leading small development teams or mentoring peers.
