Our technology addresses critical gaps in current AI approaches through: Advanced multi-agent coordination architectures Real-time decision-making frameworks Novel integration of neural confidence assessment with symbolic reasoning Sophisticated security and privacy-preserving mechanisms Scalable systems designed for enterprise deployment What You'll Do Lead technical architecture decisions for complex distributed AI systems Drive implementation of patent-protected algorithms and mathematical frameworks Build and manage engineering teams as we scale Shape product strategy based on deep technical understanding Establish engineering culture, processes, and best practices Collaborate on IP strategy and patent portfolio development Interface with potential customers and strategic partners What You Bring (Required Technical Background) PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field, or equivalent industry experience 5+ years developing production AI/ML systems at scale Deep expertise in neural network architectures and training methodologies Experience with symbolic reasoning, knowledge representation, or logic programming Strong mathematical foundation in statistics, optimization, and information theory Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed systems Experience with real-time systems and low-latency processing requirements Preferred Experience Background in multi-agent systems or distributed AI coordination Experience with cybersecurity applications or educational technology Knowledge of formal verification methods or security validation frameworks Previous startup experience or entrepreneurial background Track record of technical leadership and team building Published research in AI/ML conferences or journals Personal Qualities Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment Strong communication skills for technical and business contexts Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration Passion for pushing the boundaries of AI capabilities
