Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data architectures and pipelines that power advanced analytics and machine learning in the Workforce Management domain. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the seamless, reliable flow of data across our platforms and driving best practices in data engineering. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in ETL processes, data architecture, and cloud technologies, along with a passion for mentoring. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain complex ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across data workflows Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver clean, production-ready datasets Architect and implement scalable storage solutions using relational and NoSQL databases Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability Develop monitoring systems and troubleshoot data infrastructure issues Define and enforce documentation standards and engineering best practices Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to a high-performing team culture Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience designing and managing production ETL workflows Advanced programming skills in Python, C++, or Scala Expert-level SQL skills and hands-on experience with both relational and NoSQL databases Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong background in distributed data processing (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container/orchestration tools Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers Preferred Skills: Proficiency with real-time data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink) Experience with data lake and cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) Familiarity with the Workforce Engagement or HR tech domain In-depth understanding of data governance, security, and compliance Experience leading or growing data engineering teams Why Join Us?
