This is a unique opportunity to own end-to-end data pipelines and models while shaping data strategy that drives real business outcomes. In this role, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support to create a reliable, analytics-ready data environment. You’ll help simplify a diverse data ecosystem, enable self-service analytics, and lead long-term initiatives that impact both revenue growth and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines using Airflow, dbt, Rivery, Python, and SQL Translate business goals into high-impact data solutions for forecasting, performance tracking, and optimization Develop and maintain clean, well-documented data models in Snowflake and BigQuery Integrate data from internal systems and external sources (e.g., Google Analytics and third-party APIs) to enable full-funnel visibility Enable self-service analytics through optimized semantic layers and performance tuning in BI tools such as Tableau Build monitoring and observability frameworks to ensure data quality and pipeline health Partner on cloud architecture and infrastructure design using AWS, Pulumi, and Docker Establish documentation and engineering standards to ensure scalable, maintainable data systems Act as a strategic data partner to stakeholders, influencing roadmap and long-term data initiatives What You’ll Bring 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical roles Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python with strong software engineering fundamentals Hands-on experience with Snowflake and/or BigQuery, including data modeling and performance tuning Experience with orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow and dbt Strong experience with AWS services for data and infrastructure (Batch, ECR, Lambda, etc.) Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) and supporting self-service analytics Experience with marketing and product data sources, including Google Analytics Deep understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and modern data warehousing architectures Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in data engineering environments Strong API integration experience Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM workflows and tools such as Jira Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) 7–10+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
