With many Backgammon apps and sites out there, there is a shocking lack of quality and community that we intend to fill. Desktop and mobile apps with human-vs.-human and human-vs.-bot play, as well as community features, to maximize user experience and retention. About the Role As the Senior Backend Developer (Go), you'll own server-side components of a distributed gaming system, all the way from low-level code to server deployment. You’ll be responsible for administrative tasks such as builds, deployments, testing, error reporting, and performance monitoring. Having gaming development experience is a nice plus but if you have strong backend development experience we would love to have you apply. Who We’re Looking For You’re a backend-focused engineer who enjoys owning systems end-to-end and taking responsibility for how they operate in production. You’re comfortable working at a low level when needed, while also designing, deploying, and maintaining reliable services that scale.
