Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Senior Back End Developer specializing in Java. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing analytics and data storage solutions, ensuring secure data exchange, and writing clean, reusable, and efficient code. The Senior Back End Developer will also troubleshoot and debug applications while supporting software development projects with a focus on best practices and innovation.



Qualifications

Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Java
Familiarity with Front-End Development and integration of front-end elements
Excellent Programming skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote environment
Knowledge of cloud-based environments and distributed systems is an advantage
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Demonstrated ability to handle complex architectural challenges and deliver innovative solutions
