🚴 Co-Founder Wanted: Help Build the App That Will Revolutionize Group Cycling – RYDAR
RYDAR is a next-gen cycling app designed to transform how cyclists ride together — using real-time data, dynamic route matchmaking, and seamless group coordination.
We’re building a Waze + Strava hybrid for live group rides, built around these pillars:
* 🔄 Live Location Sharing (like Find My Friends for group rides)
* 🧠 Ride Matchmaking by pace, distance, and preferred terrain
* 📍 Community-Created Routes and integrated navigation
* 📊 Real-Time Ride Data Overlay
* 📅 Event Planning & Impromptu Ride Coordination
We're looking for a Technical Co-Founder to join as a partner and builder. This is a high-ownership, equity-based position for someone ready to take on a meaningful, exciting project with serious upside.


🧠 Who You Are:
* A developer or technical builder with strong skills in mobile app development (React Native, Flutter, Bubble, etc.)
* Motivated to own a product from MVP to full launch
* Excited about community, cycling, and building something people talk about
* Available to commit meaningful time and energy over the next 3–6 months to get this to market


💰 Compensation & Exit Strategy:
* 30% equity in the RYDAR platform
* Our business model aims for a minimum exit of $1.5M through acquisition, licensing, or strategic partnership
* This is a performance-based upside model — no salary upfront, but a true partnership in building a valuable platform together


🔥 Why This Matters:
* There’s a huge gap in the cycling tech market: No app today truly solves real-time ride coordination and route matching
* Strava and Komoot do parts of this — but not in real-time and not socially
* RYDAR fills that gap, building community-first, real-time ride integration with global potential
