Senior Agentic Workflow Engineer


Role Summary
We are looking for a senior engineer to build production-grade agentic AI workflows. You will design and implement multi-agent systems that orchestrate reasoning, execution, validation, and data interactions for a variety of use cases.


Responsibilities
Build and maintain multi-agent workflows (planning, execution, verification loops)
Implement orchestration logic and stateful workflows
Integrate LLMs and supporting models into reliable systems
Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code
Collaborate closely with data, platform, and QA engineers


Requirements
3+ years of backend or systems engineering experience
Strong Python (required); other systems languages a plus
Experience building complex, distributed systems
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Experience with AI systems or agentic frameworks is a strong plus
Excellent English communication skills


Strong Plus

Working with Claude / Open AI GPT models
Financial Services / Healthcare / Life Sciences work experience
