This is a large greenfield initiative collaborating with a leader in enterprise AI transformation. WHY THIS ROLE IS GREAT The Scale: You’ll be designing and deploying ML solutions that sit at the core of one of the most significant AI transformation programs in the US right now. The Rates: We are direct-to-customer, so we can offer excellent, top-tier contract rates for the right talent. The Impact: You’re not just training models in a sandbox — you’re building production-grade AI/ML systems that power next-gen enterprise AI products and decisioning. WHO WE NEED (The "Must-Haves") We are looking for heavy-hitting AI/ML contractors who can drop into a complex environment and deliver value on Day 1. Professional Contractors: 1099 or Corp-To-Corp (C2C) only. Senior AI/ML Engineering Expertise: Strong Python for ML/AI (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.). Experience building, training, evaluating, and optimizing models (classification, regression, NLP, recommendation, etc.). Solid SQL and comfort working with large datasets. Cloud-Native ML: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP ML & data ecosystems (e.g. SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). Modern MLOps & Pipelines: Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines, experiment tracking, and deployment. Tools such as Airflow, MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring are highly valued. AI at Scale / LLM Experience (Huge Plus): Experience preparing data and building pipelines for ML/AI at scale. Hands-on work with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, or enterprise AI platforms is a massive plus.
