We’re building the next generation of AI-augmented software platforms that accelerate critical, real-world workflows. Our team uses AI to amplify engineering, enabling rapid delivery of complex systems while maintaining high quality and scalability. If you are excited by shaping how AI can enhance software development - and want to directly impact mission-critical technology, this role offers that opportunity. Role and Responsibilities: Architect and optimize AI-driven development workflows, including multi-step agent orchestration, tool calling, context management, and error recovery, to produce reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Translate complex business and technical requirements into AI-ready specifications to ensure high first-pass accuracy of AI-generated outputs. Manage multiple concurrent AI-assisted development streams, making real-time decisions on architecture, technical approach, and implementation strategy. Conduct systematic reviews of AI-generated code for alignment with specifications, performance standards, and best practices. Identify recurring quality issues and refine workflows to improve consistency and prevent specification drift. Design, build, and maintain advanced data products and production-grade systems that leverage LLMs and agentic AI workflows. Collaborate across teams, including analytics, operations, and leadership, to ensure technical solutions meet organizational objectives. Contribute to the continuous evolution of AI-augmented engineering best practices. Support DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, version control, release management, and production monitoring. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and industry-specific regulatory standards. Experience/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with demonstrated ability to architect and deliver production-grade systems. Hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered systems in production (not just prototypes or POCs). Direct experience designing agentic AI workflows, including multi-step orchestration, tool integration, context management, and error handling. Strong software engineering fundamentals in Python and/or TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD. Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of daily engineering workflows. Proficiency with full-stack development: Python, React/TypeScript, and modern data technologies. Ability to work autonomously in a small team, owning problems end-to-end without close supervision. Preferred Experience: Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research. Familiarity with data analytics platforms, ETL pipelines, or enterprise reporting systems. Experience defining and enforcing code quality standards across teams. Why Join This Team ? Pioneer a new approach to software development with AI-augmented workflows and production-grade LLM systems. Work on high-impact systems that accelerate real-world processes. Small, autonomous team with ownership over meaningful projects and direct access to decision-makers. Growth trajectory as the platform and team expand.
