Title: Senior AI Engineer
Location: Fully Remote (must be based in US)
Type: 12 Month Contract, potential for C2H
Pay Range W2: $75-95/hr

We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and build intelligent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and task execution. This role focuses on developing AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs) that can plan, coordinate actions, and interact with tools, APIs, and enterprise data to solve complex problems.

 

This is an opportunity to help define how agent-driven systems are integrated into real-world products and enterprise platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop agent-based AI systems that can autonomously plan, reason, and execute complex workflows
Build and deploy LLM-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools
Develop systems that allow agents to interact with APIs, databases, tools, and external services
Implement memory, reasoning, and planning capabilities within AI agents
Integrate AI agents into enterprise platforms, applications, and business processes
Build evaluation pipelines to test agent performance, reliability, and safety
Optimize AI workflows for latency, cost efficiency, and scalability
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify opportunities for autonomous AI solutions
 

Skilled Needed:

Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems
Experience developing agentic workflows or autonomous AI systems
Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and model evaluation
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs
Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain / LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel
Experience building systems involving tool use, multi-step reasoning, or orchestration of multiple agents
Experience integrating AI models with external tools, APIs, and structured data
