We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to work out of Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas.



Required Qualifications 

5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
AI Agent Development: Proven track record of building AI agents with at least some production or production deployment experience
Technical Skills: 

Strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices
Deep understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
Microsoft AI Studio or Azure AI services experience
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Background in manufacturing, logistics, automotive, supply chain, or industrial IoT (strong plus but not required)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML systems
Publications, blog posts, or presentations on AI agent systems
Technical Environment 

Advanced AI/ML frameworks and agent development 
Cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure preferred)
Modern MLOps and deployment pipelines
Integration with IoT devices
