We are hiring an AI Architect & Full Stack Engineer to design and build our multi-agent AI platform — powering both internal infrastructure and next-generation creator and fan experiences. This position is remote, and candidates worldwide are encouraged to apply. This is a senior engineering position. Minimum 5 years full stack development and experience with AI/ML tools, including leading ML frameworks such as PyTorch, modern multi agent tools like OpenClaw, LLMs, etc. See below for full job requirements and please only apply if you have said experience. This is a product-architecture role at the intersection of AI systems, full-stack engineering, and media innovation. You will architect and deploy the AI backbone that drives: Multi-agent orchestration frameworks Creator copilots and production assistants Fan engagement intelligence systems AI-native development and release pipelines Data infrastructure and ML workflows This is not a narrow engineering role. This is a platform-building role. What You’ll Build Multi-Agent AI Platform Architecture (Core Focus) Design and implement scalable multi-agent systems Build orchestration frameworks with tool-using agents Develop reliable, auditable human-in-the-loop AI workflows Create agent memory, evaluation, and monitoring systems Architect systems that move from experimentation to production You’ll be building the AI infrastructure layer that powers everything above it. Creator-Facing AI Products Innovate directly on the Film.io platform by building AI-powered features that help creators: Develop story concepts and scripts Structure production workflows Analyze audience sentiment and feedback Optimize distribution strategies Make faster, data-informed creative decisions Your work will directly impact how films and series are created. Fan Engagement & Intelligence Systems Design AI-driven user experiences that: Activate fan participation Personalize engagement journeys Increase retention and platform interaction Generate insights from community behavior Power intelligent content discovery You will build systems that deepen the creator–fan feedback loop. AI-Native Engineering Infrastructure To support all of the above, you will modernize our development pipeline: Implement AI-assisted SDLC workflows Build automated testing frameworks Improve CI/CD with intelligent validation layers Introduce AI-powered code review and QA systems Establish evaluation frameworks for AI feature performance The goal: faster shipping, higher quality, scalable AI deployment. What You Bring Full Stack Engineering Strength 5+ years building production software systems Experience across frontend, backend, and APIs Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Strong system design and architecture capability Experience working in evolving or early-stage product environments AI / ML Expertise Hands-on experience with PyTorch (required) Experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models Experience building production AI systems Experience with LLM APIs and agent-based architectures Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG systems Strong understanding of evaluation and model performance tradeoffs Data Infrastructure Experience working with Snowflake or modern data warehouses Strong understanding of data pipelines and structured/unstructured data flows Experience designing analytics and monitoring systems Ability to connect product signals to AI system improvement How You Think You think in systems, not features. You design architecture that others build on. You are both experimental and production-minded. You understand reliability, observability, and scale. You care about real-world impact, not just technical novelty. Why This Role Is Different You will be: Architecting a multi-agent AI ecosystem Building AI-native creator tools Designing intelligent fan engagement systems Modernizing how our entire engineering organization ships This is an opportunity to shape how AI transforms entertainment creation and community participation.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
