Time Zone: East / West Coast overlap required


The Role

We’re looking for an AI Agentic Engineer to design, build, and operate autonomous, LLM-powered systems in production. This role is centered on agent orchestration, decision-making workflows, and scalable AI solutions—not traditional backend development.


How You’ll Make an Impact

Design and implement agentic AI systems, including autonomous workflows, multi-agent architectures, and AI-driven automations.
Build and ship LLM-powered features such as conversational agents, copilots, and intelligent assistants.
Integrate and operate LLMs using Vertex AI (must-have).
Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database integrations in production.
Use Python for AI/ML workflows, experimentation, tooling, and LLM utilities.
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn real customer problems into scalable AI solutions.
Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, testing, and continuous improvement.


Must-Have Qualifications

Proven experience building Agentic AI, autonomous systems, or conversational AI features in production. 6+ years in software development with 2–3+ years building AI/ML and agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, Vertex IA and N8N.
Hands-on experience with Agentic / orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, ag2, MCP).
Strong experience implementing RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.
Solid experience with Python for AI/ML, LLM integrations, or automation.
Experience working with cloud-based systems, preferably on GCP.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.


Nice to Have

Java exposure and experience is a major plus and/or preferred nice to have.
Experience with frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate.
Frontend exposure with React.
Prompt engineering, model tuning, or fine-tuning experience.
