We’re looking for a seasoned Senior .NET Consultant to join a long-term consulting engagement supporting multiple clients in a fully remote capacity.

This role is ideal for someone with a true consulting mindset—someone who can move fluidly between projects, communicate complex technical challenges in clear, client-friendly language, and focus on solving the business problem, not just the technical one.

You’ll work closely with diverse stakeholders, often non-technical, so strong consultative communication skills are essential. Prior professional consulting experience (Big 4 or similar) is highly preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engage with multiple clients and projects, sometimes switching priorities day-to-day
Translate technical challenges into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
Design and implement solutions that abstract tools and technologies in favor of business outcomes
What We’re Looking For

10+ years of .NET development experience
2+ years of AI experience 
5+ years of cloud development experience
10+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience, including:
T-SQL
Stored procedures
Triggers
Database schema design and best practices
Some experience with Power BI
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple, reassuring terms
Proven ability to solve problems creatively and think beyond specific tools or platforms
