Minimum Qualifications

You are a native or fluent English speaker and can confidently write at the university level.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience at reputable technology companies.
You have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience with Rust, including building production systems, libraries, or applications.
You possess strong software development fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, system design, memory safety, concurrency, and code review practices.
You have exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and review code with detailed, constructive feedback.
