Hirelab.io is growing fast, and we’re looking for a React Developer (Front-end) to help us build the next generation of recruitment marketing tools.


Location: Remote (US preferred)
Type: Freelance / Contract → Full-time possible
Start: ASAP


At Hirelab.io, we’re building the next generation of recruitment marketing software.
Not another ATS. Not another boring career site. We help companies attract passive job seekers through beautiful recruitment funnels, landing pages, and frictionless application flows — powered by AI.


Now we’re looking for a React Developer who wants to help shape both product and experience from an early stage.


What You’ll Be Working On



You’ll play a key role in building and scaling our frontend platform:


Developing React-based interfaces for recruitment funnels & landing pages
Building reusable UI components (design system mindset)
Implementing responsive, mobile-first experiences
Integrating APIs (our backend + external services like Meta, analytics, etc.)
Optimizing performance, UX, and conversion flows
Collaborating directly with founders, product, and design
Shipping fast — iterating even faster


This is a real product with real users — your work will go live quickly.


What We’re Looking For



You don’t need to tick every box — but most of these should feel familiar:


Strong experience with React (Next.js is a big plus)
Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture
Experience with Tailwind / CSS-in-JS / component libraries
Comfortable consuming REST APIs
Product mindset: you care about UX, not just code
You enjoy startups, ownership, and moving fast
Clear communicator in English


Bonus points if you’ve worked on SaaS, marketing tools, or growth products.
