Install and uninstall latest versions of Proficy Historian and Proficy Ops Hub
Create and execute test cases
Maintain issues log and coordinate resolutions
Work with IT/networking teams on domain configurations, Windows security, LDAP/SSO
Support customer-facing engagements as needed
