This position is a full-time, remote/position. Responsibilities: • Define product vision and strategy based on market research and customer feedback. • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, and marketing, sales to ensure successful product launch and support. • Proven experience collaborating with utilities and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to navigate interconnection requirements, resolve pushbacks, and achieve successful project approvals. • Strong working knowledge of regional market requirements, including local building codes, NEC/NFPA standards, and utility-specific interconnection rules. • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. • Review complicated SLD and code compliance issues with product and AHJ ，Utility , and help push product through this process. • Build and develop training and one pager for new and old products for the customer and consumer to better understand what we have to offer. • Bridge the gap between Product Managers and Technical Service Engineers. • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and customer needs. • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. • Project management experience to oversee product development timelines and deliverables. • Field management and implementation of products and services. NEC, Utility, and AHJ rules and regulations. Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or field management. Or a Master/Contractor trade license (electrical or Mechanical) with 6 years’ of verifiable experience. • Experience in product management or a related role with 3-5 years. Work Environment • Field and office work involves standing, sitting and walking. • May involve travel to support product and services for customers meetings, conferences, or product demonstrations.
