Key Skills and Experience Required: 10+ years of experience using Python Working experience building React applications End to end architecture and design experience Hands-on experience with AWS automation including Lambdas Job Description Architect and deliver end-to-end software solutions, spanning backend services, APIs, data flows, frontend single-page applications (SPAs), and cloud infrastructure. Lead development of backend systems and microservices using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar). Build and optimize front-end SPAs in React, collaborating with product and design teams to create seamless user experiences. Design, develop, and deploy AWS serverless applications leveraging Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, and event-driven patterns. Provide technical leadership across projects, driving architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices. Perform complex system design, modeling, and integration across distributed systems. Own full lifecycle delivery—from conceptual architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization. Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring high standards for reliability, scalability, security, and performance. Mentor, coach, and upskill engineers across backend, frontend, and cloud domains. Partner with stakeholders across product, DevOps, data, and QA to align technical strategy with business goals. Champion continuous improvement in areas such as automation, observability, DevOps, and API design. Qualifications 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience in architecture and technical leadership roles. Expert proficiency with Python for backend application development. Working experience building React applications, including state management, component architecture, and SPA development. Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services, particularly Lambda and serverless architectures. Strong experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven patterns.
