Role Description: Partner Solution Engineer Job Summary The Partner Solution Engineer (PSE) is a high-impact technical role responsible for driving the successful adoption and integration of Kamiwaza's AI Orchestration platform within our partner ecosystem. This role focuses on managing the technical enablement, training, and solution development with key strategic alliance partners, ISVs, and top-tier channel resellers. The PSE serves as the bridge between Kamiwaza's Product/Engineering teams and the partners' technical sales and delivery teams, ensuring partners are proficient in architecting, demonstrating, and deploying our solutions to end-customers. Key Responsibilities Technical Enablement & Training Design and deliver comprehensive technical training, workshops, and certifications for partner pre-sales and post-sales technical staff. Create and maintain technical enablement content, including reference architectures, deployment guides, demonstration scripts, and deep-dive technical presentations. Solution Architecture Collaborate with strategic alliance partners to define joint solution architectures that integrate Kamiwaza's platform with their offerings. Provide technical guidance to partners on complex customer use cases, ensuring proposed solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and compliance. Partner Support & Pre-Sales Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues arising from partner-led pre-sales engagements. Conduct technical discovery sessions, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and competitive analysis to support key partner sales opportunities. Own the technical evaluation process for new and existing channel and alliance partners. Product Feedback & Advocacy Gather and synthesize partner feedback on product features, performance, and API requirements, advocating for partner needs with Kamiwaza's Product Management and Engineering teams. Stay current with the latest product releases, competitive technologies, and cloud/AI industry trends to maintain technical authority within the partner community. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 7+ years in a technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or partner engineering role, ideally in the AI, SaaS, or Cloud Infrastructure space. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of API-driven platforms, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), and modern DevOps practices. Experience with AI/ML concepts and orchestration tools is highly desirable. Proven ability to write and deliver technical content (e.g., white papers, deployment scripts, API examples). Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex partner engagements simultaneously. Proven ability to write and deliver technical business documents (e.g., Questionnaire, Request for Information, Request for Proposal). Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
