You'll work alongside designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to build intuitive, performant user interfaces that make a real impact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicates openly, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. ## What You'll Do - Build and maintain responsive web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling - Collaborate with designers to translate mockups and prototypes into polished, accessible interfaces - Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback - Troubleshoot and debug issues across browsers and devices ## What We're Looking For **Technical Skills** - 3–5 years of professional experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+) - Solid understanding of React hooks, state management (Redux, Context API, or similar), and component lifecycle - Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling - Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) - Comfort with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows - Bonus: Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL **Nice to Have** - Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Comfort collaborating in Figma with design teams **Soft Skills** - Clear and thoughtful communicator—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates - Receptive to feedback and eager to grow - Comfortable asking questions and admitting when you don't know something - Reliable and accountable—you follow through on commitments - Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
