About the job
We are seeking an experienced Applied Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy advanced propensity, uplift, and engagement models for a real-time decisioning platform. The contractor will be responsible for delivering production-ready models, developing end-to-end training pipelines, implementing monitoring and explainability, and supporting seamless system integration.
Required Qualifications:

8+ years of hands-on experience with Python, Databricks/Spark, MLflow, and feature store frameworks.
5+ years of experience using GenAI tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and Copilot to accelerate development.
