About the job
We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer with experience in LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI/ML automation.



In this role, you will help build and improve automated systems that evaluate the quality, accuracy, relevance, and consistency of LLM outputs. You will work with cross-functional teams to create evaluation pipelines, define quality metrics, and support ongoing improvements to model performance.



Responsibilities

Build automated pipelines to evaluate LLM outputs
Define metrics and quality checks for model performance
Support validation, error analysis, and feedback loops
Work with engineering and data science teams to improve prompts and evaluation processes
Help improve the overall reliability and consistency of AI outputs


Requirements

5+ years of experience in ML engineering, NLP, or AI/ML automation
Strong experience with Python and SQL
Experience with evaluation, QA, or validation pipelines
Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, or related AI workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
PySpark / Spark is a plus


Work Authorization

Candidates must be based in the US and be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders.
