We’re building ProNexus: the all-in-one platform for sourcing human intelligence with AI.

ProNexus uses AI agents to automate expert sourcing and vetting end-to-end. We start with consulting and research teams who need niche experts for primary research, then convert every project into structured data: identity verification, fit signals, vetting outcomes, and post-call ratings.

We’re hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help build the intelligence layer behind expert trust, quality, and fraud detection.

This is a highly applied role. We are looking for someone who can move from idea to production quickly, combining practical ML, good product judgment, and strong engineering.

What you’ll do

Build models and scoring systems that estimate expert credibility, fit, and fraud / exaggeration risk
Design pipelines that combine internal platform data, public web signals, professional history, response patterns, and prior performance into useful features
Develop systems to flag suspicious claims, inconsistencies, low-confidence profiles, and potentially - - AI-generated or low-signal screening responses
Create trust / quality scoring frameworks that help prioritize which experts should be approved, reviewed further, or rejected
Build intelligent rule systems and ML-based checks around employment history, topic fit, answer quality, and claim consistency
Skills / background we’re looking for

2+ years of experience in machine learning, applied AI, or data-driven product engineering
Experience building and shipping ML systems in production
Strong Python skills and comfort working across the full stack when needed
