We start with dating, then expand into social, creator, marketplace, and gig-economy platforms. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Machine Learning (ML) Fullstack Generalist. You are a senior ML-leaning full-stack generalist who can ship end-to-end products, data, and ML systems. You will build the core workflows that power pre-vetting, deep search, risk scoring, reporting, moderation, and platform-ready case files. You will work closely with the founder, design, and partners to move fast without breaking trust, privacy, or reliability. Key responsibilities include creating and enhancing scalable systems, developing user-facing interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating efficient ML algorithms into functional software. The candidate will actively contribute to building our solution with a focus on user-centric safety and technical innovation. If you have ever looked at moderation queues, repeat-offender patterns, or platform silos and thought, “this should be a shared layer,” this is that job. You will have real ownership, direct founder access, and the ability to ship systems that measurably reduce harm, improve platform decisions, and set a new standard for identity and safety signals across apps.
