The role / impact

You will take the lead on a strategic initiative within our US Product division, architecting a new product designed to embed the accounting experience directly into partner applications. This role offers the autonomy to make major code design decisions , driving complex application development while solving engineering problems at scale.

You will champion technical excellence, ensuring we build high-performance, scalable software that delights our customers. Beyond the code, you will act as a role model and mentor , coaching others to foster a culture of continuous learning and mastery within the engineering group.

You bring deep expertise in UI/UX design and development using a modern web application stack, specifically React or equivalent.

A strong background in programming with Typescript allows you to deliver robust, maintainable code.

You have extensive experience contributing to application architecture, design, and technical strategy.

Ideally, you understand the nuances of iframe development or similar embedding technologies.

You enjoy leading technical discussions and making data-driven decisions to release value to customers early.

Mentoring and coaching others is a passion of yours, helping to lift the capability of the wider engineering team.
