What You'll Do
As our Lead Integrations Engineer, you’ll own the technical design and execution of how Sully.ai connects with the healthcare ecosystem. You’ll be the hands-on architect and builder responsible for creating scalable, secure, and reliable integrations with a wide variety of EHR systems—from SMB tools to enterprise-grade platforms.

You will:
Lead integrations development across FHIR, HL7, APIs, and RPA-based solutions (e.g., Selenium).

Design and implement core infrastructure for connecting to EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, DrChrono, eCW, Healthie, Practice Fusion, etc.).

Partner closely with co-founders to set integration strategy and make build vs. buy decisions.

Work directly with customers to gather requirements, define workflows, and deliver production-ready solutions.

Hire, mentor, and scale the integrations engineering function as the company grows.

Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to bridge integrations with applied GenAI systems, ensuring real-world deployment of intelligent automation.

What You’ll Bring
Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.

Proven experience integrating with multiple EHR systems across SMB and enterprise environments.

Hands-on work with FHIR, HL7, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and hybrid/on-prem systems.

Experience building with RPA frameworks (Selenium or similar).

Background in customer-facing engineering roles, gathering requirements and translating them into technical deliverables.

Startup DNA: thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and own problems end-to-end.

Bonus: exposure to Applied GenAI, LLMOps, and healthcare AI deployments.

Our Tech Stack

Frontend: ReactJS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks
Backend: Node.js, Express.js
Databases: NoSQL and SQL
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (GCP, Azure, AWS)
Bonus: Experience with Applied GenAI, LLMOps, and LLM evaluations
