🚀 Lead DevOps Engineer – Blankfactor

At Blankfactor, we are passionate about building the best-in-class technology solutions that empower global companies in the financial services industry. We are now looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our growing team.
🔹 What you’ll do:
Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure-based infrastructure.
Build and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments.
Drive automation and CI/CD best practices across multiple teams.
Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (mandatory requirement).
Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure smooth operations and reliable deployments.
Mentor and guide other DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
🔹 What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure (mandatory).
Expertise with Kubernetes (mandatory).
Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
