The lead developer will guide legal firms and corporations through the adoption of LLMs and agentic workflows and will lead an enterprise engineering team while remaining hands-on in the architecture of RAG pipelines, fine-tuning models, and ensuring production-grade security and reliability. Required Experience: Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and operationalizing agentic workflows. Hands-on experience with RAG techniques, including document parsing and vectorization (embeddings). Advanced proficiency in Python.
