Job Overview
We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer L3 with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Cloud to lead the architecture and development of large-scale enterprise applications.
 This role focuses on cloud-native modernization, solution design, and technical leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, resilient applications using Java 8/11, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Build and deploy cloud-native and serverless solutions leveraging AWS Lambda, AppSync, Cognito, SQS/SNS, CloudFormation, and related services.
Lead end-to-end delivery including requirements analysis, technical design, development, integration, and performance optimization.
Modernize legacy applications into microservices-based, cloud-ready architectures.
Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices.
Analyze and improve system performance using tools such as JProfiler and AppDynamics, ensuring high availability for high-volume services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong expertise in Java 8/11, Spring, Spring Boot
Experience building REST APIs, SOAP services, and working with Hibernate/JPA
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and Domain-Driven Design
Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, AppSync, Cognito, SQS/SNS, CloudFormation, S3)
Exposure to PCF, OpenShift, and basic knowledge of Azure
Experience with databases such as Redis, Oracle, Cassandra, and MySQL
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle
Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming
Familiarity with GraphQL (preferred)
Nice to Have
Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Banking systems
Exposure to Node.js and React.js
Strong skills in performance tuning and advanced troubleshooting
