We’ve spent years refining how we do App Store Optimization, and after leveraging AI in our workflows, we’re now starting to leverage our workflows in AI by building tools that work the way we do. Role description This is a remote, flexible contract/part-time role that can lead to a full-time position, with async collaboration at its core, so we encourage you to apply regardless of where you are. We’re looking for a Full-stack LLM Engineer to join our team building AI-powered systems around our ASO workflows. You’ll be wiring together LLMs, data, and lightweight interfaces to supercharge our expertise and speed up what is already one of the fastest ASO operations in the market. You’ll work closely with the founder, designers, and ASO experts to make that happen. Qualifications We have no interest in your full job history, your degrees, or what school you went to. We’re looking for an experienced builder with a “nothing’s impossible” mentality, regardless of background. Proof of work beats a CV. Still, we do have some requirements: Proficient English. Strong full-stack development skills (for example, Python/Node on the backend and React/Next.js or similar on the frontend). Experience building LLM-powered products: structured prompts, reliable JSON outputs, basic guardrails, and evaluation/iteration. Familiarity with retrieval or knowledge-based systems (embeddings, vector stores, or similar concepts). Ability to leverage AI infrastructure, automation, and modern dev tooling to move fast. Comfortable owning a project from 0 to 1: deciding how it’s built, thinking through future implications, actually building it, and then shipping something simple enough to be used in real work by non-engineers. Interest in mobile apps or App Store Optimization is a plus, but not required on day one. If you’ve ever stayed up late wiring an LLM, a vector store, and a scrappy frontend together just to see if an idea works, this role is probably for you.
